‘Maïs’ Version 4: Ravioli, Wrap, Vanilla curd
Mais" (corn in French) has always been my favourite ingredient since childhood, people know me as "the kid grew up in the night market". Charcoal grilled corn on cob, glaze of special satay, peanut, soy sauce.... and secret ingredients that varies based on every family recipe.
As you might notice, we have 6-7 different version of creation about corn, this one is definitely one of my favourite!
Sweet and savoury, looks simple but extremely delicate and elegant.
