In Restaurant Andre we always begin our dining experience with 8 small snackings, most of the time we like to have few dishes that we could immediately pick up conversation with our diners, or win a smile on their faces; Something people could immediately relay to, such as: Spanish Potato Bravas.
British Fish & Chips. French Onion soup. Italian White truffle risotto. Dutch Herrings, Croquette and Stroopwafels or Danish Meatball Frikadeller...etc. Something light in ideas but serious in detail.
