CHEF IN THE LION CITY: ELEVEN MADISON PARK AND RESTAURANT ANDRE

Restaurant Andre celebrated being ranked as one of Asia 50's Best Restaurants by inviting Daniel Humm and Will Guidara to collaborate on a menu combining Eleven Madison Park’s New York centric cuisine and Chef Andre’s Octaphilosophy.

On March 6, 2015, in celebration of being ranked as one of Asia 50’s Best Restaurants, Restaurant ANDRE invited Daniel Humm and Will Guidara. To presented a menu that combined Eleven Madison Park’s New York centric cuisine and Chef Andre’s Octaphilosophy.

Will: “You always go home slightly different. Because you are surrounding yourself with people who are really passionate, and they help you become a better version of yourself.”

Daniel: “I think me and Andre have many similarities. Coming here to work in his kitchen, it felt like a home away from home.”

Andre: “We studied each other’s philosophy, started with how to make guests feel surprised, comfortable and give them the experience they never had before.”

The “ultimate” dining experience is what the chefs are emphasizing. Based on the surprise concept, Daniel Humm and Will Guidara brought along Eleven Madison Park’s character adopted to Restaurant ANDRE, allowing the guests to feel as though they are a part of this beautiful relationship.
